A twitter human icon. Is this what we are nowadays?

Have seen loads of tutorials for photoshop how to make a letterpress effect as seen above but non of them for GIMP (http://gimp.org). It is a trendy effect these times on the web and yes, it is fairly easy to create one.

My blog-post with calendar icons is nearly one year old. I've seen quite a lot of people using it and was surprised. One of the best upgrades was by Joost de Valk (Yoast.com). His article on CSS-Tricks shows his idea to place a bubble with comment count over the calendar icon. Read how it works and how to implement it in your drupal theme.

I had annouced this a while back, that we (me and my mother) are working on free mascots (I guess mascots are still popular). So here they are. I am attaching a hi-res png scan (it's not cleaned up but its good to vectorize it) and later on, we will vectorize and color them digitaly. You might have noticed that the teaser image is colored by hand, done quickly to give you some inspiration. ;)

The png contains two mascots. Boy and a girl, no names right now, but we are trying to find some. Any suggestions? :) Currently each of them has 7 poses. We will extend this pack later on though.

Had a little bit of time, and decided to create a small set of drupal.org user buttons like linkedin has and others. Here there are... You can download source code (.xcf -> gimp format) and feel free to change them, and post your changes. :)

I have found a little bit of time last night to create few calendar icons.

After a long time, I finally updated my website. There are new functions as well as a new drupal theme. I hope it will be pleasure for your eyes. Let's talk more about this new drupal theme...
